Trauma Treatment
Traumatic experiences negatively alter our lifetime perceptions of ourselves and the world around us. Trauma treatment provides the opportunity to free ourselves from these past distorted beliefs that have often crippled our lives. By processing our trauma, we are then able to respond to the world from our very best selves that reflect our courage, creativity, compassion, curiosity, connectedness, confidence, calmness and clarity.*
I use highly-effective trauma treatment methods that are evidence-based and informed, including Mindfulness Skills, Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) , Brainspotting and Eye Movement De-Sensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). We work together at a pace that works best for you. Positive shifts can often occur in just one session.
