As the result of a successful 17-year career as an actress in Hollywood, I have a profound understanding of the multitude of stressors that permeate the Entertainment Industry. Celebrities are constantly burdened with high-performance expectations from others in the industry and public. They are plagued by the constant fear of, “Where is my next job coming from?!” They often find themselves grappling with feelings of loneliness, financial instability, creative blocks, lack of privacy, emotional struggles, relational conflicts and addiction.
